Limited (CRITCON 2/3)	Treatment currently available but in limited supply. Capacity may soon be exceeded if high demand. Decisions about treatment will be influenced by the need to prioritise.
Severely limited or at capacity (CRITCON 4)	Treatment at capacity. Demand exceeds supply of treatment. Prioritisation is essential. Treatment available only to those patients with highest capacity to benefit quickly.
