A second contributor, a law student, also argues for legislation as being the most effective way for society to have its standards clarified and observed. In a final paper Dr Havard, Secretary of the British Medical Association, opposes legislation believing it would raise far more problems than it would resolve. The first article was originally published in the Law Society's Gazette.
