RT Journal Article SR Electronic T1 Wrongful life: some of the problems. JF Journal of Medical Ethics JO J Med Ethics FD BMJ Publishing Group Ltd and Institute of Medical Ethics SP 69 OP 73 DO 10.1136/jme.13.2.69 VO 13 IS 2 A1 Liu, A N YR 1987 UL http://jme.bmj.com/content/13/2/69.abstract AB The author considers that some of the reasonings used by both the American and English courts against recognising a wrongful life claim are far from persuasive.
